6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Copyleaks service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Copyleaks and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our express written permission.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be available at all times without interruption
  • The service will be error-free or completely secure
  • Results will be 100% accurate in all cases

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copyleaks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
